About the Role
We're looking for a confident and capable Payroll Manager to lead a busy payroll function. You'll be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team, ensuring timely and compliant payroll delivery, and driving continuous improvement across our processes.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of payroll specialists
Managing thr payroll operations with exceptional accuracy
Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and internal policies
Implementing best practices and identifying opportunities for efficiency
Acting as a trusted point of escalation for complex queries
Working closely with internal stakeholders to support wider business needs

About You
You might currently be a Team Leader, Supervisor, or experienced Payroll Professional ready to step up. What matters most is your proven people management experience and strong leadership presence.
